The MCF has numerous opportunities for you to get involved with international students and faculty and to help develop servant leaders around the world.

Teach.  Would you like to share your knowledge at universities in Kazakhstan or Ukraine? The MCF is seeking qualified teachers of English, Business and other subjects for short and long-term placement at international universities.

Train.  Are you interested in helping international students and faculty learn more about servant leadership principles? The MCF needs individuals who can partner with current MCF trainers in servant leadership principles courses at university locations around the world.

Mentor.  Sometimes the simplest words of encouragement can inspire great hope among international students.  The MCF needs committed individuals who can serve for 6-month periods as mentor-advisors for students researching servant leadership in their countries.

Host.  Would you enjoy hosting international faculty or students in your home for up to 1 month? The MCF seeks host families at various times during the year in the Portland, Oregon area.

Invite.  Are you involved in a business or organization that is striving to follow servant leadership principles?  The MCF is looking for places that students can visit and experience during its annual servant leadership Academy.

Volunteer.  Do you live in the Portland, Oregon area?  The MCF always needs the help of volunteers during its annual servant leadership Academy and when international guests and faculty are in town on various programs.

Sponsor.  Often, potential leaders around the world are unable to participate in MCF programs due to a relatively small financial need.  The MCF provides grants to help students attend university or to help them travel to MCF programs.  Often, a small financial gift can be enough to catapult a student into greater opportunities.

For more information on any of these opportunities, please e-mail the Marshall Christensen Foundation at info@themcf.org.
